Been speaking to Kay Martin and others we hope to come up with a paypal account to help BB's wife Barbara Cunningham with donations. Will let you all know when I do.

Scott posted something on Kay's forum, some more information about the shooting. It seems the other security guard, who BB came to assist when he heard shots, was a woman. It is still confused though as to the exact sequence of events and who shot whom, except ths Hispanic looking 22 year old, Dock Britt, has been charged with BB's murder.

Tomorrow it will be a year ago since we lost BB Cunningham. To keep the memory of his music and great personality alive I will upload some of his less know work. As you all know I've always been a fan of BB's music skills as well, as a singer, bassplayer, producer and songwriter. These songs for me are some examples of the kind a things he did beside the JLL thing.

Kay Martin has said on facebook that Buck & some others are planning something along these lines;

Martin.

Presumably this never happened?

There has been a tribute concert some months ago on Beale Street, not sure if it was a rund raising concert or just a tribute concert.

As much as I respected B.B., I do not see the point of a fundraiser. Do we get a fundraiser when our wifes/husbands die??

When he was killed, BB was working as an employee for a private security company. - I do not know the laws as in USA, but here in Argentina, when that happens, the heirs of the deceased are entitled to receive from the company compensation for "risk occurred at work." Do not know how are things in this B.B case.-
