Finally got an answer from the people that record the multi-track audios at Jazz Fest and it appears that Jerry (or his people) declined professional cd releases of his 2 Jazz Fest appearances.
Unfortunate for us fans and perhaps also the reason that only 3 songs were shown on the TV Broadcast.

Thanks for at least inquiring Lucio. I finally got around to putting those 3 songs on DVD and watching them on TV last night, amongst the best pro footage I've seen of Jerry from the past two decades with him looking genuinely inspired by the crowd. What a shame Jerry's "people" can't see the promotional value of allowing concerts to be broadcast on TV, just like they sometimes were during the 80s and early 90s.

Here's a review, along with some nice pictures if anyone is interested.

"It's been a long time since he's kicked over his piano bench."
... probably not as long as he thinks! 3 or 4 years?

This review includes 'No Headstone On My Grave' and 'You Win Again', not mentioned in the other review.

Anyone got a full setlist?

Here The set-list
Down The Line
C.C. Rider
Drinkin´Wine Spo-Dee-O-Dee
You Win Again
Before The Night Is Over
Don´t Put No Headstone On My Grave
Roll Over Beethoven
Whole Lotta Shakin´Goin´On
Great Balls Of Fire

This set list is incorrect. Here is the correct one (36 minutes):

Down The Line
Drinkin' Wine Spo Dee O Dee
You Win Again
Before The Night Is Over
No Headstone On My Grave
C.C. Rider
Roll Over Beethoven
Whole Lotta Shakin' Going On
Great Balls Of Fire
