Great news!

Remind me, has the "complete" version (including 'Down The Line') been released on vinyl previously?

I don't think so, not on one album. 'Down The Line' was issued on a bootleg EP 'pumpin' records', that's when I first heard it.
Long ago in Ferriday down in Louisiana, They all watched Jerry play and pump that old piana

Yes, it's on the vinyl in the box-set, BFX 15210 (3). Here, BF put "Down The Line" at the end of side 1, following "What'd I Say". On the CD, though, it was tacked on at the conclusion of "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On".
