By the way, this is from a link to a 1984 JLL "Silver Eagle Radio" show at Wolfgang's Vault.

It's about 20 years too late. The book is based around the 1964 Star Club album, though it covers much more than just that (I don't want to reveal too much, buy the book instead!). :D

That picture looks 1969 something? There´s similar pictures on some vinyl covers.

I'd date it at around 1977 myself, but the point is it's not from 1964...

But I think we're spending far too much time worrying over a cover sleeve when the contents are far more important.

Also, let's remember that people can't use just any photo they want in an official publication; they need to find the copyright owner & get permission first.

it's been a very long time since I last posted or even looked on this forum. Nice to see it's still there and now I'm checking out some JLL-new, etc.
So, what is this book about? Is it a biography or a collection of reviews of different album and singles?

I'm waiting till the book is actually out and available on Amazon (not pre-order) until I order it. I'm really looking forward to reading it.
