This is actually quite nice. Mississippi governor Phil Bryant made the trip from Jackson to present the award and Marty Stuart persuaded Jerry to sing a wee bit about 11m 50s into this video.

I've only just seen this, and I agree with others that it's great to see Jerry looking and sounding good. Makes me feel more hopeful for the future.
