You can visit this link and download an interesting PDF.Many stuff that you can see if you visit Memphis Shelby County Public Library. Many articles, photos and It seems there is a box of some demo recordings,One of them say :

Jerry Lee Lewis -Folder 3-June 18 1974- Through the Bottom of the Glass

It must be a mistake because like reminded me Thomas Rund , Jerry played that day in Joe Namath's Club , Birmingham.But the best way to find out is going there if someone is living in Memphis or surroundings.
