Can we keep this juvenile nonsense private? We can all plainly see that Jerry Lee Lewis is dysfunctional (unable to deal with normal social relations) he has excuses –lifetime fame/sycophancy/uncontrollable ego etc. We, or at least myself, do not have such excuses

John1 - Not sure who you are but no, a little bit of light hearted humour and banter in the forums is needed from time to time. We are discussing about missing TV shows and my post was about a recording which i was told existed for many years. Its on topic, its not harming you if you don't want to read it or engage in it move past it, thank you

No, it's not on topic, because, as far as I know, Oslo '85 was never broadcast on TV.

Do you still keep in touch with your old friend Phoebe? Maybe she has some missing TV shows?

There were no TV-cameras present during Oslo '85. I was there.

Sorry been missing in action. I never heard Perter C say there was a video of Oslo 85. Scott that did not sound light hearted but it did sound personal.

Thank you Ian.

Getting back on track...

In Ian Wallis's book 'American Rock 'n' Roll - The UK Tours, 1956-1972', he lists these alledged appearances by JLL on Granada TV's 'Scene at 6.30':

20-03-64

27-11-64

I knew he appeared on the show on 07-05-63 (miming to his latest single 'Good Golly Miss Molly'), but I was unaware of these two in 1964. Can anyone confirm that these did indeed take place? My guesses for song titles would be 'I'm On Fire' and 'Hi-Heel Sneakers' respectively.

Rock On!

Peter C.
